The plastic housing with IP67 protection has several important advantages, especially for use in harsh environments:

High protection against moisture and dust:

The IP67 protection rating means the housing is completely dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installation in wet or dusty environments—such as outdoors, industrial areas, or near bodies of water.

Corrosion resistance:

Unlike metal plates, plastic is not prone to corrosion, which is especially advantageous in aggressive environments—near the sea, in chemical plants, or in facilities with high humidity.

Light and easy installation:

The plastic housing is much lighter than its metal counterpart, simplifying transport and installation, especially in hard-to-reach places.

Dielectric properties:
