  3. Processing Time for Your Inquiry or Complaint. Your inquiries will be processed no later than within 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended due to holidays and public holidays common in the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or last piece in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items from one order or delivery of the product in several partial shipments or pieces).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us via your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766. The withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning the goods. The return label is usually available in the user account on pelek-de.com. If we have not provided a return label, please use the following address to return the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, please contact us via email at shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766 to ensure your return rights and arrange an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase contract, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees due to this refund. We may refuse a refund if we have not received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Return obligation. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding shipping costs (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we will cover the direct costs of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature.
  5. Depreciation of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any diminished value of the returned goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you are reclaiming. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, depreciation of the goods, and set the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you about these steps at the provided email address.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawal from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
