  3. Processing time for your inquiry or complaint. Your inquiries will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by public holidays and national holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items from one order, or delivery of the product in several partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us through your user account. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@pelek.eu or at the telephone number +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
  3. Address for returning the goods. The return label is normally available in the user account at pelek-de.com. If we have not provided a return label, please use the following address to return the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, please contact us at info@pelek.eu or at the telephone number +420 705 724 353 to ensure your return rights and arrange an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.
  4. Cost of returning the goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding shipping costs (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will cover the direct costs of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal mail.
  5. Depreciation of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods caused by handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you are requesting to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in the value of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the email address provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
