The protection of personal data is very important to us. The purpose of this document is to inform you about all information concerning the processing of your personal data when you use the online shop within the scope of online business pelek-de.com use. 1. Basic Information

We are legally required to retain accounting and tax documents. The retention period for this data can be up to 10 years after the end of the tax period in which the fulfillment took place. If necessary to ensure delivery and payment, the personal data we collect will be passed on to the contracted transport company or the contracted credit institution.
2.2 Card Payment. If you provide us with your credit card details, we do not have access to the full data. We only know that you are paying by card, and the card data is processed by the recipients of this data who handle the payment for us.
2.3 Order Processing. To process your order, we also work with other service providers (transport service providers and others) who assist us in fulfilling the concluded contracts. We only share your data with these partners to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract.
2.4 Communication with customer service, complaints, or other inquiries. If you have contacted us, we process your personal data based on your consent to handle your request or complaint. We may process the following personal data about you: first name, last name, phone number, email, order data. Closed inquiries and complaints from customer service are regularly deleted, but no later than 4 years after the request or complaint has been processed.
2.5 Reviews. Customer reviews are important to us. We will publish reviews if you give us your consent (you submit a review for the respective good or service). We may process the following personal data about you: first name, last name, email, order data. With your explicit consent, we will also process photos and personal data that are part of the review text. Reviews will be published until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 5 years.
2.6 Customer reviews. You can share your purchase experiences and rate individual goods. To evaluate your feedback on the individual purchased goods, we may use other processors.
2.7 Legal obligations. We may share personal data, apart from the processors listed below, with third parties if required by law or in response to legal requests from authorities or at the request of a court in legal disputes.
2.8 Age restriction. In the case of goods subject to age restrictions, we verify that you have reached the required minimum age according to applicable legal regulations. For this purpose, we use an identification service that allows us to verify your age.

When will we process this? We will respond to you no later than within one month. — Right to object. If we process your data based on legitimate interest (e.g., sending newsletters). It is up to us to prove our legitimate interest; if we agree with you, we will stop this processing.
— Right to withdraw consent. If you have changed your mind, please write to us. Processing for marketing and business purposes can be fully revoked at any time.
— Automated individual decisions including profiling. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you. We respect your rights, so we do not conduct profiling.
