Phasenregelrelais FKV-03N - TENSE

Produktbeschreibung:
Das FKV-03N ist ein dreiphasiges Steuerrelais zum Schutz von Elektromotoren gegen Phasenverschiebung, Phasenausfall und übermäßige Asymmetrie. Das Relais verfügt nicht über eine Nullleitersteuerung und die Asymmetrie ist auf 40% festgelegt.

Das Relais ist ideal für industrielle Anwendungen, bei denen ein schneller und zuverlässiger Schutz von Motoren vor Schäden durch falsche Anschlüsse oder Spannungsschwankungen erforderlich ist.

Algorithmus für den Betrieb

  1. Normaler Betrieb:

    • Alle drei Phasen sind vorhanden.

    • Die Phasenfolge ist korrekt.

    • Die Spannungsasymmetrie liegt innerhalb eines Toleranzbereichs von ≤ 40%.

    • Das Relais ist in Betrieb - die Kontakte 2-3 sind geschlossen, die Anzeigen PWR und RLY leuchten.

  2. Fehlerhafter Zustand:

    • Wenn die Spannung einer Phase die zulässigen Grenzen überschreitet oder die Phasenfolge nicht korrekt ist:

      • Die Kontakte 2-3 schalten ab,

      • Die Kontakte 1-2 schalten sich ein,

      • RLY-Anzeige erlischt.

  3. Rückkehr zum Normalzustand:

    • Wenn die korrekte Spannung und Phasenfolge wiederhergestellt sind, schaltet das Relais automatisch in den Betriebszustand zurück.
