Mikroprozessor-Relais FKM-05/05F für Steuerung und Phasenfolge, zum Schutz von dreiphasigen Elektromotoren, 5 A, 140-300 V AC, 5-25 % Asymmetrie, ohne Nullleiter - TENSE

Das Phasenschutzrelais mit Asymmetrieeinstellung ist für den Schutz von Drehstrommotoren bestimmt, die empfindlich auf Asymmetrieänderungen der Netzspannung reagieren.
Interphasenspannungsbereich des Geräts: 140-300 V.

Funktionsprinzip und Einstellung

Das Relais gemäß dem Schaltplan anschließen und die Asymmetrieparameter, die Fehlerverzögerung und die Rückstellzeit entsprechend den Betriebswerten der Lastspannung einstellen.
Im Betriebszustand ist das Relais bei normalen Spannungswerten, die der eingestellten Asymmetrie entsprechen, aktiv und die Anzeige-LED leuchtet.

Bei Modellen mit Phasenfolge ist auf die richtige Phasenfolge zu achten.

Wenn die Asymmetrie den eingestellten Wert überschreitet, leuchtet die Asymmetriefehleranzeige (Asm.) auf und das Relais schaltet nach der eingestellten Verzögerung (DT) ab.
Wenn die Spannung wieder normale Werte annimmt, wartet das Relais die Rücksetzzeit (RT) ab und nimmt den Betrieb wieder auf.

Formel zur Berechnung der Asymmetrie

Asymmetrie = ((Max Spannung - Min Spannung) / Max Spannung) × 100

Beispiel:
((245 - 200) / 245) × 100 = 18,3%
