Phasenschutzrelais ohne Neutralleiter - mit Asymmetriekontrolle und Phasenfolgekontrolle

Das Phasenschutzrelais ist für den Schutz von Drehstrommotoren und anderen spannungsempfindlichen Geräten konzipiert. Es gewährleistet einen sicheren Betrieb auch in einem instabilen Netz durch Überwachung der Phasenasymmetrie, Phasenausfallkontrolle und, bei ausgewählten Modellen, korrekte Phasenfolgekontrolle.

Das Gerät kommt ohne Nullleiter aus, was eine einfache Installation in industriellen Verteilernetzen ermöglicht.
Bereich der Phasenspannungsüberwachung: 240-500 V AC.

Anwendung und Funktionsweise

  1. Schließen Sie das Relais gemäß dem beiliegenden Schaltplan an.

  2. Einstellen:

    • Zulässiger Asymmetriewert (%)

    • Fehlerverzögerung (DT)

    • Rückstellzeit (RT)

  3. Wenn die Spannung im normalen Bereich liegt und die Asymmetrie den eingestellten Grenzwert nicht überschreitet, schaltet das Relais ein und die Leuchte RELÉ leuchtet auf.

  4. Bei Versionen mit Phasenfolgekontrolle muss auch die Reihenfolge L1-L2-L3 korrekt sein.

  5. Wenn die Spannung einer Phase den Asymmetriegrenzwert überschreitet, leuchtet die Anzeige ASM. (Asymmetrie) auf und das Relais fällt nach der Verzögerung DT ab.

  6. Nach der Rückkehr der Spannung in den Normalzustand wird die Rücksetzzeit RT heruntergezählt. Dann erlischt der Fehler und das Relais wird wieder aktiviert.

Berechnung der Asymmetrie

Zur Bestimmung der Asymmetrie wird die folgende Formel verwendet:

Asymmetrie = ((Max. Spannung - Min. Spannung) / Max. Spannung) × 100%

Beispiel:
((245 V - 200 V) / 245 V) × 100 = 18,3%

Dieser Wert sollte je nach Art der angeschlossenen Last angepasst werden.
