TENSE bistable electronic impulse relay (start-stop / memory relay), 150-260 V AC
The bistable electronic impulse relay from TENSE (Turkey) allows control of lighting or other devices from any number of locations using parallel-connected push buttons. It is ideal for home installations, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities where simple pulse control is required without using conventional staircase or crossbar switches.
Description and features
The relay allows switching the device on and off based on a short pulse from a push button (doorbell button). An internal bistable mechanism ensures that the relay changes its state after pressing the button and remains in that state until the next pulse. This ensures simple and reliable control by one or more parallel-connected control devices.
A major advantage of this model is the increased safety - it is not necessary to supply the push button input with 220/230 V mains voltage. Simply short-circuiting the push button contacts is sufficient, which does not endanger the user and requires no live wires at the control point.
